To begin production, we will require the following information:

• Billing details (a name and address, if applicable to a specific customer)
• Delivery address
• Expected delivery date
• An email address and phone number for the courier company’s point of contact.
• Vector data files for screen printing or embroidery (in ai.*, pdf.* (not saved from photoshop) formats) are accepted.
• Pixel files: psd, tiff (without subsequent LZV compression)
• Data files in the.png,.psd,.tiff,.ai, or.pdf formats can be printed hybridly. Data files ought to be set on a transparent background without any flare, glow, or transparency fades.
• Data files for sublimation printing in the following formats: files ending in.psd., tiff., jpg,.jpeg.png,.psd, or sid that have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, 1:1.
• Layered Photoshop files, 1:10. tif, psd, ai (minimum A3 size)
• We are not accepting any pdf. from canva.
• The largest print or stitching size is determined on the fabric you have selected. Kindly check the size with us prior to placing your purchase.
• Fonts created outlines in vector format (or attach the font itself) that you would like us to use. Ttf., otf. Additionally, please send the link of the font you would like us to use (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts)
• If you would like to request a Pantone Color based print, please make sure to get in touch. In case of Pantone colors, please make sure to indicate the request in the email, the same applies to gold, silver and neon colors.
• A preview (mock up) PDF or JPG with a description of where the design will be placed on the fabric is desirable (the background color must match the color of the cloth).
• The source file should contain the image embedded, not linked! And the mock up should be attached too.
