Presentation of the project content
With the introduction of EPSON Surecolor SC F3000 digital printing technology planned for development and production in 2020, it is possible to create professional color prints for various clothing design products, significantly exceeding the limits of current traditional screen printing, with almost perfect color accuracy in small series.
The SCHULZE Pretreatmaker IV print pretreatment machine enables innovative, time and material-saving preparation. In summary, the price of the ink used previously was HUF 1,500, plus 3 hours of printing preparation, and it required paying two people.
Now, with the new production line, graphic work takes 20 minutes, preparation takes 10 minutes, printing takes 10 minutes, and paint costs can be reduced by 70 percent. In contrast to the old technology, where the production consisted of 90% manual processes and the resolution of the final product was set at a maximum of 300 DPI, the new system will be highly automated and a resolution of 1200DPI can be achieved.
The DRUCKTECH SSH-1 NA type cap with a heat press will replace the existing outdated technology, the efficiency and reliability of which is no longer satisfactory. For the above new digital machines, it is essential to purchase the corresponding PHP45-V2 OPTIMA type heat press and the DELL 3879A and DELL 48114A type heat tunnels, with which we will introduce an automated conveyor system heat treatment, which would significantly speed up the existing processes and raise textile printing to a new level, the quality and cost of patterned T-shirts and other clothing.

Thanks to the development, waiting time and downtime are reduced by 50%, labor is utilized 25% better, so manual labor costs can be planned more easily. The digital and automatic T-shirt printing technology is also highly energy and ink-saving. Through the implementation of the „value for money” principle, productivity can be increased with the 6 new modern energy and raw material saving devices, and reduced production and service costs can be expected.
Sales increase by at least 15% with the faster implementation of smaller series. Due to the above advantages, at least 20% more profit can be realized in the year following implementation compared to the base year. By the end of the second year, the profit can be increased by 40% due to the increase from economical production and sales detailed above.
